Virtual & Dine-in Food & Wine Pairing event

On Friday August 7th from 7pm till 8pm, wine supplier Pepia Est is hosting a virtual Food & Wine Tasting live from MooMba Beach. Sommelier Raymond Kok is pairing three excellent wines with a special 3-course menu of Cuminda Na Cas and MooMba Beach. The price for the food menu is 40 florins. The combination of the meal with 3 paired bottles of wine is 102 florins.

The menu can also be ordered at MooMba Beach for dine-in. The price for the food and wine pairing menu (3-course dinner plus a paired glass of wine per course) is 70 florins.

You will start off with crunchy Thai fish cakes with sweet lemon sauce. The paired wine: Dalila (Grillo & Viognier).

Second course: red bell pepper stuffed with Mediterranean kimás (ground beef) and topped with melted Taleggio cheese. Paired wine: Amalaya Malbec.

Third course: tenderloin teppanyaki, butter garlic sautéed portobello mushrooms, rosemary potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Paired wine: Los Vascos Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon.
