The menu starts with a duo from tuna: tataki and tartar, followed by stuffed chicken breast with herbs - slow cooked - topped with bacon and served with creole sauce. The third course takes you to sea with red snapper fillet served with rice, spicy fish cakes and a white wine sauce. From the sea you will move to land for the grilled tenderloin, sautéed vegetables, duchesse potatoes and chimichurri sauce.
