Terms & Conditions Yummy Club Card
- The Yummy Club Card is a saving card by which you can save points with every dollar spent at the restaurants listed on YummyAruba.com. The Club Card is for individual use only and is non-redeemable for cash. Card must be presented at the time of purchase.
- Points are earned each time you spent and your QR code is scanned at the restaurant. Ten Dollar cents (=1 point) are earned for each dollar spent (excluding tip) at all participating Yummy Restaurant and Bar locations. Points are not earned for gift card purchases in stores or online (i.e. $10 = $1 saved). Points have no cash value and certain blackout dates, and restrictions may apply
- Points will not be awarded in combination with any special offer. You will not be able to save points and redeem points with a bill simultaneously. Nor may points be awarded when another discount program has been applied to the check.
- The saved value (or a part of it) can be redeemed at any time, just not combined with a check that has been awarded saving points.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.
- YummyAruba.com reserves the right to terminate a member’s account and cancel accrued points if Yummy Aruba Restaurants and Bars in its sole discretion believes the member is abusing the program or is misrepresenting any information associated with the program.
- YummYAruba.com reserves the right to terminate the program, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or partially at any time with or without notice. YummyAruba.com may also withdraw, limit or cancel the number of points required for reward redemption or change the number or type of Reward offered. YummyAruba.com will have the final decision in any disputes over Rewards.
- Points will not be awarded to private party functions with more than 15 people.
- By completing the member profile, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, all of which terms and conditions are subject to change at YummyAruba.com's sole discretion, at any time.
