A Closer Look at the 3-Course Menu
Appetizers
The evening begins with one of two starters, each offering its own style:
Creamy Corn and Red Beet Soup
A smooth, colorful soup topped with shredded mozzarella and crisp croutons, warm, simple, and reassuring.
Carpaccio
Paper-thin slices of marinated rare tenderloin dressed with pesto, paired with cherry tomatoes, baby arugula, and parmesan. Light but full of character.
Paired with: Hahn Pinot Noir, California
Main Courses
Your second course centers on two dishes that bring the holiday mood forward in their own ways:
X-Mas Feeling
Slow-cooked turkey breast with gravy, paired with smoked ham and a gentle pineapple sauce. Potato salad and Christmas bread round out the plate with familiar notes that many guests look forward to once a year.
Walk & Swim
A combination of a 4oz filet mignon and sautéed shrimp cooked in a creamy garlic-lemon sauce. Served with sautéed vegetables and sweet truffle mashed potatoes, it has a relaxed balance of comfort and richness.
Paired with: Trivento Golden Reserve Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina
Desserts
The final course offers a smooth landing into the rest of your evening:
Chocolate Brownies
A rich brownie served with fresh strawberries, simple, classic, and easy to enjoy.
Crepe Filled
A soft crepe filled with peach sauce and finished with a peach garnish, offering a light, fruity finish to the meal.
Paired with: Luco Bosco Moscato
