Taking place on Sunday, February 1st, starting at 6:00 PM, this evening features a carefully composed three-course dinner for 69 florins per person, served directly on the sand.

The Three-Course Menu

Appetizer
Begin with your choice of:

  • Potato Soup with truffle, bacon bits, and scallions
  • Kokoa’s Favorite: Soup of the day served with tuna tataki, chicken dumplings, and sweet-and-sour vegetables

Main Course
Choose one of the following:

  • Herb-Crusted Salmon (8 oz) served with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and lemon-parsley sauce
  • Tenderloin (6 oz) accompanied by sweet mashed potato, crispy funchi, grilled bimi, and chimichurri

Dessert
Finish the evening with a brownie featuring blueberries, dulce de leche, and cookie crumble
