An Exclusive Wine Journey through Europe at Tango Argentine Grill

This exceptional night will take its patrons on a journey through Italy, Spain, and France during the 5-course food and wine pairing dinner. The first course is a delicious black Angus beef tartare with smoked bell pepper aioli. This is paired with Casa Rojo Enemigo Mio Garnacha red wine from Spain. This is then followed by sirloin steak, black Angus rib eye, and a cut of Tomahawk for the second, third and fourth course. These courses are paired with a Zolla Primitivo, Masi Campofiorin from Italy, and a chateau La Nerthe Chateauneuf-du-Pape France. The dinner will be completed with a cheesecake mousse for dessert.
