On the evening of Friday, October 3rd, Que Pasa will welcome guests for a Food & Wine Pairing Dinner starting at 7 PM. This one-night event brings together a 5-course menu designed by our Chef with wines from Frescobaldi by Divino, offering a journey through flavors and traditions for $99 per person.
This exclusive event is designed for those who appreciate the harmony between food and wine. Each plate has been crafted with attention to detail, balancing flavors and textures, while the wines from Frescobaldi, one of Tuscany’s most renowned wineries, are selected to elevate every course.

Amuse
We begin with a fresh start:
- Oyster with cucumber granita, scallions, and soy vinaigrette
- Paired with Frescobaldi Leonia Brut, Toscana
A crisp and refreshing pairing that sets the tone for the evening.
First Appetizer
- Miso Salmon Fillet accompanied by grilled bimi, sesame, bok choy, sweet potato, and yuzu sauce
- Paired with Frescobaldi Pomino Bianco, Toscana
The richness of the salmon meets the bright character of Pomino Bianco, creating a balanced interplay of citrus and umami.
Second Appetizer
- Duck Dumplings with fried wonton, crispy leek, kimchi salad, and hoisin crème
