Chef Bruno of Fishes & More outdid himself with his December specials

December is a festive month with lots of celebrations. At Fishes & More we celebrate the month of December with some amazing specials. Take the appetizer for example, a fresh local yellowfin tuna marinated in sesame oil, soy sauce, green onions, wakame salad, lime juice and sesame seeds. It’s available for $18.

Chef Bruno offers three main course specials this month, starting off with a treat for fans of meat. A 12oz striploin with a caramelized onion-red wine sauce, served with stuffed deep-fried cassava and corn on the cob.

The second main is quite an experience: local-fresh tuna smoked with cherry wood at your table! It’s a 9oz fresh local yellowfin tuna served with red cabbage, bean sprouts, baby spinach and soy sauce. Simply yummy! The price is $36.

Lobster lovers pay attention: Fishes & More has a Lobster & Scallions special. This fantastic dish consists of an 8oz fresh rock lobster poached in lemon-butter mousse with herbs-crusted jumbo scallops, served with couscous, baby carrots and Brussels sprouts. The price is $56 per person.

To pair these delicious dishes with an outstanding wine, Fishes & More’s sommelier Alex Duque Serna has selected three beauties of the Santa Margherita Wine Estate in Italy. The merlot, pinot grigio and prosecco are all easy drinking, greatly accessible and pair perfectly with the December specials. A glass of one of the Santa Margherita wines is $8 and it’s $48 for a bottle.
